Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
We are looking to fill both full and part-time positions for the role of Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). We are looking for both experienced and entry level BCBAs who are passionate about improving the lives of children and families affected by autism and other diverse developmental abilities.
About the Role

- Compassionate treatment: We listen to our clients, in their mode of communication, as well as caregivers in order to better understand their needs, goals and what is most important to them.
- Comprehensive care: we work together with our client’s treatment team in order to maximize learning. Treatment team includes but not limited to, caregivers, school/daycare staff, Occupational and Speech therapist, Physical therapist.

- Effective interventions: we rely on evidence-based ABA interventions and are constantly reviewing the most up-to-date research and literature to ensure we are using the most current and gold standard interventions.
- Fun therapy experience: We believe kids, regardless of a diagnosis, deserve to be kids. We aim to make ABA therapy a fun, interactive treatment embedding client’s goals in child friendly activities such as painting, gardening, sports, playing games, etc.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Conduct initial assessments, reassessments, and write progress reports using approved assessment tool
- Develop & monitor individualized treatment plans and behavior support plans
- Supervise and train ABA/ Behavioral Technicians
- Maintain supervision feedback forms for supervisee
- Accurately document supervision and parent support sessions
- Develop and monitor individual behavior intervention plans
- Provide support, instruction, and feedback to families and caregivers with regard to teaching replacement behaviors to manage challenging behaviors through the principles of ABA
- Conduct Functional Assessments and Functional Analysis of all problem behaviors when needed and clinically warranted
- Review program effectiveness, make recommendations, monitor data collection, and graph/monitor progress
Compensation and Benefits:
- $75,000- $95,000 annual salary
- PTO for full time and part time employees
- Paid Holidays for full-time employees
- Continuing education stipend or reimbursement allotment for CEUs

About You
Qualifications:
- Must have a current BCBA Certification
- Master’s Degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or related field
- Personal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle
- Previous ABA Experience
- Experience working with children
- Must be comfortable working with families and providing in-home services
Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
We are looking to fill both full and part-time positions for the role of Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). We are looking for both experienced and entry level RBTs who are passionate about improving the lives of children and families affected by autism and other diverse developmental abilities.
About the Role
The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) works directly under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide home and community based ABA services to our clients. The RBT is primarily responsible for direct implementation of treatment plans related to skill- acquisition and behavior reduction. Primary responsibilities include:
- Provide one on one (1:1) Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy
- Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions
- Work collaboratively with a BCBA Supervisor to apply feedback and training on ABA job performance
- Be responsive to the needs and requests of clients, their families and supervisors

About You
The ideal candidate is someone who can interact well with children and families, works well both independently and cooperatively as part of a team, and is able to consistently follow ABA programs developed by the supervising Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
Qualifications:
- Must have a passion for working with children affected by autism. Prior ABA experience or other applicable experience working with children preferred.
- RBT certification or willing to obtain certifications within 30 days of hire
- Must have High School Diploma or Equivalent, Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, social work, or related field preferred
- Must have reliable transportation to travel to client therapy location
- Must be abie to physically perform the job functions
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
